The Carnaval des Bolzes is the Lower Town's festival: carnival bands, Guggenmusik, parades and the Bolze presiding over the square. And the square is ours: the Brasserie looks directly onto the Planche-Supérieure.
During those days, the restaurant changes pace: a short carnival menu of local dishes, special opening hours, and a Lower Town packed with people. Book your table in advance.
