The menu

Easter is a lunchtime meal, and a family one: three generations around a table, sometimes fifteen or so places. It is exactly the kind of gathering the house knows how to serve, provided you plan ahead.

Lamb and the first asparagus return every year: they are the produce of the moment, and they lend themselves to large tables.

  1. Salmon and asparagus tartare, citrus oil and young shoots
  2. Rack of lamb roasted on the bone, wild garlic-infused jus, young spring vegetables, Provençal potato gratin
  3. Iced profiterole all things strawberry: fresh, as sorbet and poached, with chocolate sauce
