The menu

From 23 November to 31 December, the festive menu replaces the usual menu. It is served to everyone, in the restaurant and to groups, at lunch and dinner.

This year, 24 and 25 December fall on a Thursday and a Friday. These are the two dates that go first, often by mid-November.

2025

The Christmas menu 2025

Thursday 25 December 2025, lunchtime
  1. Amuse-bouche
  2. Foie gras terrine stuffed with figs marinated in red port, on a sweet wine jelly
  3. Pan-fried scallops on a bed of prosecco risotto
  4. Slow-cooked veal fillet, gratin dauphinois, medley of root vegetables, rich truffle jus
  5. Chocolate fondant on crème anglaise with tropical vanilla ice cream

Thursday 24 and Friday 25 December 2026. Service times announced with the menu.
Family meals
From 12 guests, dishes are chosen before the meal so that everyone is served together — on a festive evening, that makes all the difference.
Company dinner
