Valentine's Day is an evening when people choose their restaurant several weeks in advance. The menu is published in mid-January, a month before the date, so that you can decide with all the facts.

The house lends itself to it: three rooms, two of them small, where you don't feel in the middle of everyone, and the view of the cathedral from the Planche-Supérieure.

Candied nashi pear, a sweet final promise, heady umesake, velvety chocolate ice cream and a crisp Japanese biscuit
