Two months a year, game takes centre stage. It isn't a separate menu: game is the current menu, served at lunch and dinner.

What's served

The game season is the most eagerly awaited time of the year, and the only one when the menu truly changes character. Saddle and medallion of roe deer, medallion and ravioli of red deer, game terrine: game takes centre stage, with its traditional garnish prepared in our kitchen.

Alongside the game, the house classics stay on the menu — cold starters, fish, vegetarian dishes, cuts of beef and veal — so nobody goes hungry at a table where not everyone eats venison.

Before you book

The dates
From Thursday 24 September to Sunday 22 November 2026. The festive menu takes over from 23 November.
Lunch and dinner
Game is served at both sittings, Wednesday to Sunday.
In a group
From 12 people, dishes are chosen in advance. Group menus can also be built with the game dishes.
Weekends
Saturdays and Sundays in October are the busiest sittings of the year. It's best to book a week ahead.
